Your Rights
You have the right:
- to be treated with respect
- to be treated in a straightforward and open manner
- to have your well-bring promoted and protected
- to be fully informed regarding the nature and purpose of any proposed services, likely risks and benefits, alternatives, consequences of non-action and the option to refuse or withdraw at any time before consenting to services
- to receive effective services from a competent professional
- to have your privacy and confidentiality protected within the bounds of professional ethics and law
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- ensuring security of your computer systems and online communications
- presenting yourself openly and honestly, including presenting accurate information about your personal identity and personal information
- being prepared to work hard and make changes
- being a fully engaged participant in the therapeutic process
- any actions you take even those you believe are a result of services provided by Campanula Psychological Services.
Campanula Psychological Services
Is responsible for:
- exercising confidentiality and respect for privacy in collecting, recording and storing information
- maintaining a private workspace to safeguard confidentiality
- resolving technical difficulties preventing communication as quickly as possible
- responding to clients within 48 hours, except in the case of technical failures
- taking at least a full hour of professional time to provide a considered response
- maintaining competence and providing professional services
