Okay, so this book is super underrated, but honestly, I enjoyed it!
The way they matched the illustrations with the poems is just so cute and sweet. The visuals are these simple, hand-drawn pictures in only two colors—brown and yellow—and they look really unique and interesting.
It’s basically a gorgeous visual poetry book. You can tell the author and the whole publishing team put a lot of effort into making the words and pictures look awesome together. If you love a pretty book with a good message, grab this one! ☺️
