Notion is good to create a dashboard to manage many kind of stufs (projects, activities, planning, trackers).
I checked that some of its templates are often include lists or checkboxes.
Would be interesting to have customizable option for the default widgets and views and more options to make the elements more dynamic to create a really functionable dashboard
