It’s a simple checklist for regular car inspection that can be done daily by drivers.
The administrator can save the submitted form entries as PDF files and can add a note in each submission.
The web app is built using WordPress CMS with Twenty Twenty-One Version: 1.8 theme installed. The theme style is simplistic and allows users to switch the Dark Mode on and off at the front-end for best user experience when completing the car inspection form.
The project was delivered in October 2021.
